Server Monitor generator

When I set up my BHD server I used the server monitor generator to be able to show off our server on our website. For some reason it does not show up anymore. Does anyone have any idea of what the problem is? I have contacted The GameMonsters who host the server but unfortunately they could not help.
The server details are: IP 198.245.51.191 Port: 17484

I have tested your server details and determined your port number did not match. According to NovaWorld, and NovaWorld.CC your port number was set to 278.
Your server has been restarted by our friends at TGM, and the port number issue fixed.
